Corrective Action:

Air sampling pumps and pump calibration equipment was purchased and personnel air monitoring for silica was performed. Employer engineered and implemented a local exhaust system for the portable saws used by employees to cut reglets in the exterior walls of the concrete building and limited cutting time to 4 hours/day.
