There are two men on top of a container/gantry crane, approximately 109 feet high, neither of them had fall protection of any kind. They were contractors hired to conduct repairs on the crane. This was the first inspection of this company, a second inspection at another site, both of which resulted in citations. The third inspection was a fatality inspection—one of the employees fell from the gantry.
