Have the reports available showing the test procedures and confirming the adequacy of the repairs and conformance with the manufactures specifications. Description: The bottom section of the boom of a Manitowoc 3900 crawler crane was damage. The employer cut out the damaged chord sections and lacing and replaced them with angle iron. The crane was not inspected or load tested after the repair and was placed back into service making critical lifts.
