Also, no respiratory protection program had been implemented, including an exposure evaluation, medical evaluation, fit testing, and training.

Corrective Action:

Aluminum oxide was substituted as a blasting agent. The employer conducted an exposure assessment and implemented a respiratory protection respiratory protection program.
