The employer needs to verify that the scaffold frame side rails are manufactured for employees to access the various working heights. Description: Employees are exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet, while working on the ledge of masonry block wall without fall protection. Employees are working adjacent to unprotected protruding reinforcing steel (rebar) which creates an impalement hazard. Employees are sitting on the scaffold working level without any fall protection, exposing themselves to a fall of over 10 feet.
